How to Extend your Jio Prime membership for another 1 Year FREE of cost

Jio is offering its users free extension of the Jio prime membership at no cost,users can extend their jio prime membership for another one year without paying any thing,this offer is applicable only for a limited time period ,so the users need to act fast ,or they will need to pay 99₹ towards this,new users who join the Jio network on 1st april or later will have to pay 99₹ towards the jio prime membership.

Jio prime users with a plan can enjoy Free sms,Free internet data along with Free Local Calls,Free STD Calls,Free Roaming Calls (Incoming + Outgoing) To any network,Anywhere in India,so if you are an existing Jio prime member ,you must renew your Jio prime membership ,the Jio prime membership for all the existing users was applicable till 31st March 2018.

Follow the steps below in order to renew your Jio prime for free-

1. Initially download/update My Jio app from Google Playstore or App store for iOS,Once you Signin to the My Jio app and you will see a banner at the top,
2. The banner will show a message as extend jio prime membership (“Congratulation Extend JioPrime for a year,Free”) ,click on the banner,
3. Confirm your mobile number and click proceed on the next screen.

Finally Click done, and your request will get submitted ,with this you have successfully renewed your prime membership for another one year free of cost.

Some users may not be getting the banner on their My Jio app for free renewal,you need to follow the steps below in order to get the banner,This happens because you may not be using your Jio sim’s internet data,For users who do not get the banner on My jio app-

• Turn on your Jio sim’s internet and Goto youtube ,watch videos for around 15 Min in HD,
• Next head over to Settings > Applications and clear My Jio app’s data and cache ,followed by Force stop,
• Finally open My Jio app and you will get the banner on top for free extension.

Once you have extended your Jio prime membership you can continue enjoying all the benefits for another 1 year ,the free service extension offer is applicable only for existing Jio users,new users will be required to pay a sum of ₹ 99 in order to apply for the Jio prime services.
